What to Bring

To help members feel prepared and comfortable, here’s just a sample guide to what is welcome — and what is not allowed — in our homes.

✅ Please Bring

• Clothing for daily wear, exercise, and meetings
• Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, shampoo, etc.)
• Prescribed medications (in original containers)
• Notebook, journal, or recovery literature
• Small personal items that support comfort and routine

🚫 Do Not Bring

• Alcohol, drugs, or paraphernalia
• Weapons of any kind
• Large electronics or gaming systems
• Excessive cash or valuables
• pets
