What to Bring
To help members feel prepared and comfortable, hereβs just a sample guide to what is welcome β and what is not allowed β in our homes.

Suggested Items to Bring
- Clothing for daily wear, exercise, work,and meetings
- Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, shampoo, etc.)
- Prescribed medications (in original containers with your name on it)
- Notebook, journal, or recovery literature
- Small personal items that support comfort and routine
- Important documents (ID, insurance cards, etc. If you have a car, bring valid DL, registration and insurance)
- Cell phone and charger, ear buds/headphones
- Reusable, insulated water bottle
- Bicycle or electric bike
- Food and snacks, laundry detergent, and other personal supplies
Bed linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
We recommend bringing only what you can comfortably carry and store in your personal space.

- Alcohol, drugs, or paraphernalia
- Weapons of any kind
- Large electronics or gaming systems
- Excessive cash or valuables
- Products containing alcohol (mouthwash, nyquil, hand sanitizer, cooking ingredients, etc.)
- Inappropriate clothing (with offensive language or graphics)
- Pets
